We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Resort Manager to lead our operations, ensuring that our guests experience unparalleled service and satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee the overall management of our resort's activities, collaborating with various departments to create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining operational excellence and profitability. Responsibilities Assist in the overall management of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services Collaborate with the Resort Manager to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and streamline processes Lead and motivate staff through effective training, performance evaluations, and mentoring Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly to maintain our high standards of service Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency Coordinate with various departments to organize events and activities that promote guest engagement and satisfaction Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in hospitality management or a related field Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with guests and staff Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges Exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences A collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with cross-functional teams Adaptability to changing circumstances and guest needs Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to exceed expectations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: Resort Manager: 3 years (Required) Hospitality Operations: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Lepakshi, Andhra Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
